These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Fivision Webworks. By engaging our services, the client agrees to these terms.
Fivision Webworks provides services including website design, WordPress development, ecommerce development, Webflow and Framer websites, automation systems, Go High Level (GHL), and related digital solutions.
All work will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement before the project begins.
Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may result in extra charges and timeline adjustments.
All projects are divided into two distinct phases:
This includes UI/UX design, layout, structure, and visual direction.
This includes building, coding, and implementing the approved design.
Once the client approves the design, it is considered final and locked.
Any changes requested after approval will be treated as a new scope of work, which may incur additional costs and timeline extensions.
Project timelines are estimates and depend on client responsiveness and content delivery.

Fivision Webworks reserves the right to pause or reschedule the project if delays occur.
The client agrees to:
Delays in client response may result in timeline changes.
Projects include a limited number of revisions as defined in the agreement.
Additional revisions beyond this limit, or major changes in direction, will be considered out-of-scope and billed accordingly.
A deposit is required before work begins.
Remaining balances are due based on milestones or upon project completion.
Fivision Webworks reserves the right to:
All payments are non-refundable.
Projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, or services such as hosting providers, plugins, APIs, Webflow, Framer, or GHL.
Fivision Webworks is not responsible for:
Post-launch support is not included unless explicitly stated.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, or support require a separate agreement or subscription.
Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables.
Fivision Webworks retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
In such cases:
Fivision Webworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project may be placed on hold.

Fivision Webworks shall not be held responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Fivision Webworks reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
By proceeding with any service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
